Description
Offered here is a lovely 2nd execution of the immensely popular Heuer Carrera, reference 2447NST, with a “reverse” panda dial, dating to circa 1967 (serial 105xxx). This example is in great vintage condition. The case Is unpolished and sharp, with strong lines. The dial is in great condition, with no visible wear or damage, and only a light patina in the registers showing. The original tritium lume is still present on both dial and hands, aged to a golden yellow. This beautiful watch is not to be overlooked – it was sold to Instagram celebrity and Heuer aficionado “Bazamu” a few years ago from the original owner, and was shortly thereafter sold by Hodinkee.
