Patek Philippe “Full-Set 3800J Beyer” Nautilus

Offered here is a very attractive  example of a Patek Philippe Nautilus, the Reference 3800J, in solid 18kt yellow gold, and fitted with the popular blue dial variant. However, what really sets this example apart from the normal fare is the fact that it was retailed by the oldest Swiss retailer – Beyer. Based on some internet sleuthing, only a few of these have surfaced to market.  These watches have exploded in popularity as of late, and are considered by many to be the best design of Gerald Genta. Further, this watch comes to us directly from the family of the original owner, and comes with its original Patek Philippe box, Warranty Certificate, and associated booklets and brochures.

This Patek Philippe Nautilus is in great vintage condition.  The case shows no signs of polishing, with sharp and defined beveled edges to the case and bezel. The dial is excellent, with no major flaws visible.  The original tritium lume is present in both dial plots and hands, aged to a nice yellow.  The bracelet appears well linked and will fit an approximate 7.5″ wrist.
