Offered here is a beautiful example of a Reference 1675, Rolex “GMT-Master”, with a Mark 1 “Long E” dial. The serial of this GMT-Master is 26xxxxx, dating this watch to 1971. The watch is a true “full-set”, coming with its original inner and outer box, “punched” chronometer certificate, “punched” guarantee booklet (dating the sale to 1973 in Pompano Beach, Florida, USA), original hangtag with serial number, official chronometer certification pamphlet, and “Important Reminder” Rolex tag.

The watch itself is in very nice condition.. The case has been polished in the past, and has been expertly redone to recreate the original beveled edges of the watch. The dial is devoid of any chips, scratches, or flaws, and is in beautiful condition. The original tritium lume is still present on both dial and hands, aged to a gorgeous golden yellow, matching perfectly. The original “Pepsi” bezel insert has faded to a lovely light blue and light red/pink color.

The watch comes fitted on its original Rolex bracelet, stamped 1973. However, the bracelet is very worn, and the watch will be accompanied by an Italian-made leather strap upon request.
