Description
Up for grabs is a stunning and rare Gallet “clamshell” chronograph, circa 1940s, from their MultiChron “30M” line. This particular example features the most spectular dial we have ever seen – a beautiful, tropical caramel two-tone. The watch is in excellent condition. The case is unpolished and very sharp. The dial is in great condition, with an incredible color and vibrance. The original radium lume is still present on the dial, aged to golden brown color; the hands have been color matched to the dial.
