Offered here is an exceptionally rare and beautiful time-only watch from Audemars Piguet. Likely produced in the 1950-1960s, due to the use of an automatic movement, this watch stands out due to its co-signature by the Swiss retailer “Gubelin”. Gubelin, which still exists to this day, is one of the premier retailers of high-end wristwatches, and would sometimes co-sign certain watches that were specifically retailed in their stores, making this example somewhat of a rarity.

This Audemars Piguet is in great vintage condition. The solid gold case has not been polished, with thick and sharp lugs. The original dial is in good vintage condition, with light wear/patina consistent with the age of the watch.
