Description
Up for grabs is a Rolex Datejust, cased in 18kt yellow gold, circa 1974-75, fitted with a very rare “Tiger’s Eye” stone dial. Stone dial Datejust and Day-Dates have soared in popularity, adding a little variance to your normal fare dials of the Datejust and Day-Date models. This particular Rolex Datejust is in amazing vintage condition. The case is unpolished and sharp, and in some parts has developed a nice, rich patina, and retains its original caseback sticker. The Tiger’s Eye dial is perfect, with no cracks or blemishes. The watch comes fitted on its original Rolex Swiss Jubiulee bracelet, with virtually no stretch, and appearing fully-linked; the clasp has an engraving of a former owner, and can be removed upon request.
