Description
Offered here is a beautiful example of a Reference 1675, Rolex “GMT-Master”. The serial of this GMT-Master is 53xxxxx, dating this watch to 1977. The watch itself is in excellent condition. The case appears previously polished, but still with thick and even lugs. The dial is devoid of any chips, scratches, or flaws, and is in excellent condition. The original tritium lume is still present on the dial, aged to a gorgeous yellow patina; the hands have been professionally color-matched to the dial. Finally, the original “Pepsi” insert is in good condition, with a nice “faded blue jeans” color.
The watch comes fitted on a Rolex C&I Rivet bracelet, with 12 full links and almost no stretch, and is dated on the clasp to 1978.
