Offered here is a beautiful example of a Reference 1675, Rolex “GMT-Master”, with a Mark 1 “Long E” dial. The serial of this GMT-Master is 26xxxxx, dating this watch to 1971. The present example, as stated before, is in superb condition. The case has been polished in the past, but the lugs are still thick and even, and the original bevels are still visible. The dial is devoid of any chips, scratches, or flaws, and is beautiful. The original tritium lume is still present on both dial and hands, aged to a pale golden yellow, with the hands a couple shades darker than the dial. The original “Pepsi” bezel insert has faded to a lovely light blue and light red/fuscia color.
Serial and reference numbers visible between the lugs; watch comes fitted on a period-correct Rolex Jubilee band.
