Up for grabs is a rare Rolex Oyster Perpetual, Ref. 9062, circa 1950s, with “bombe” lugs, reference 6092. This particular early Oyster Perpetual was fit in a 14kt yellow gold case, and fit with a rare honeycomb dial. This watch is very versatile, and despite its gold case, works well dressed up with a suit, or down in a casual setting. The watch itself is in nice vintage condition. The case is unpolished and mint, with a lovely patina set in. The dial is in good condition, with light patina from aging; the watch still retains its original radium luminous in both dial and hands, aged to a nice yellow color.
