Description
Offered for sale is an immensely popular early iteration of the Patek Philippe Aquanaut, the Reference 5065, which was the first “jumbo” model they made, coming in at 38mm (up from 35mm). The 5065 began production in 1998, upgrading the movement to the new Caliber 315 SC, and was made until 2007. The example offered here is an extremely full-set, including its original Patek Box, Certificate of Origin, Aquanaut manuals, brochures and other literature and even two additional straps in grey and green (still sealed).
This Patek Philippe Aquanaut is in great condition. The case appears lightly polished, but still shows the original definition in the lugs. The dial is perfect and devoid of any flaws. Likewise, the original tritium lume is in tact on both dial and hands, aged to a nice yellow color.
