Movado "Gold M95 Snail-Dial" Chronograph

SOLD

Movado “Gold M95 Snail-Dial” Chronograph

SOLD

Description

Up for grabs is a very rare and extremely attractive Movado chronograph, circa 1960s, powered by their famous triple-register Cal. M95 movement.  This configuration is exceptionally uncommon, made in a 14kt yellow gold case and fitted with a “snail” dial, which is more often found in steel cases.

This Movado M95 Chronograph is in excellent vintage condition condition.  The case is unpolished, with a beautiful patina/tarnish, and normal aging.  The dial is in extraordinary condition, with no visible flaws.  Likewise, the original tritium lume is present on both dial and hands, with no major loss, and aged to a golden yellow color.
