Description
Offered here is a stunning example of a Reference 1675, Rolex “GMT-Master”, with a Mark 1 “Long E” dial. The serial of this GMT-Master is 17xxxxx, dating this watch to 1969.
The watch itself is in excellent condition. The case, although worn, does not show any obvious signs of polishing, with original, strong beveled edges in the lugs. The dial is devoid of any chips, scratches, or flaws, and is in perfect condition. The original tritium lume is still present on the dial and hands, aged to a downright breathtaking pumpkin-orange color. The original “Fuscia” Pepsi bezel insert is likewise in great condition, with minimal wear and has a nice and even light fade setting in.
The watch comes fitted on a Rolex Mexican Jubilee bracelet, with normal stretch for a Jubilee from this era, but overall in good condition, and will fit an approximate 7″ wrist.
