Description
Offered here is a beautiful example of a Reference 1675, Rolex “GMT-Master”, with a Mark 1 “Long E” dial. The serial of this GMT-Master is 20xxxxx, dating this watch to 1968. The watch is a “full-set”, coming with its original inner and outer box, and “punched warranty booklet”, and original hangtag (with serial number).
The watch itself is in excellent condition. The case has been previously polished, but retains thick and even lugs, and original bevels still visible. The dial is devoid of any chips, scratches, or flaws, and is in excellent condition. The original tritium lume is still present on the dial, aged to a beautifully cream, yellow color; the hands have been professionally color-matched to the dial. The original fat-font “Pepsi” bezel insert has aged to a lovely faded pink and light blue color, with minimal wear.
The watch comes fitted on a Rolex C&I Rivet bracelet, dated to 1976, and has 11 full links and minimal stretch.
