Up for grabs is a limited edition Patek Philippe “Officer’s Watch”, reference 3960J, made to commemorate the 150th anniversary of Patek Philippe in 1989. The Officer Watch was part of a series of limited edition watches to celebrate their anniversary, and also the first time Patek Philippe made limited edition pieces, of which they made approximately 2200 pieces in various metals. This particular example is in great vintage condition, with light wear visible on the case from use/age, but no serious scuffs, scratches or marks. Likewise, the enamel dial shows no cracks or aging. Finally, the watch comes with its original Patek Philippe paperwork, including the original Certificate of Origin and all accompanying brochures/pamphlets.
