Audemars Piguet “Tropical 56143ST” Royal Oak

Up for grabs is an uncommon Audemars Piguet Royal Oak, reference 56143ST, circa 1990s.  This reference was made in a 33mm case and with AP’s Caliber 2612 quartz movement.  Audemars Piguet produced this watch simultaneously with the reference 56175, which featured a date complication; this “No-Date” version is highly desired amongst collectors for its cleaner look.  This particular Audemars Piguet Royal Oak is in excellent vintage condition.  The case is sharp, with beautiful edges.  The dial is free of any flaws, and has aged to a unique brown color; further, the watch retains its original tritium lume in both dial and hands. The bracelet shows light stretch, with some scuffs from use, and will fit an approximate 7.5″ wrist.
