Rolex “16660 Tritium” Sea-Dweller

Up for grabs is a lovely example of the Rolex Sea-Dweller, the Reference 16660. This particular example was produced in 1986, and features a tritium gloss “white gold surrounds” dial.  The 16660 Sea-Dweller retains features a sapphire crystal and larger helium valve that allowed it to descend to the deeper depth of 1220 meters/4000 feet underwater.

This Rolex Sea-Dweller is in great vintage condition.  The case is razor sharp, remaining unpolished, with great bevels. The dial has no marks or scratches, and remains extremely glossy, only shows a very light patina/matting noticeably near the date window.  The watch retains its original tritium lume on both dial and hands, aged to a lovely yellow.  The watch comes on its original Rolex 93160 Oyster bracelet with 592 endlinks, and has 10 full links with no stretch.
