Vulcain Cricket Nautical

SOLD

Description

Up for grabs is an excellent example of a rare, first execution of the Vulcain Cricket Nautical, circa 1960s.  The Cricket was the first wristwatch that made to withstand pressure of up to 300 meters. It features decompression charts in the design of the dial, allowing the wearer to measure pressure at extreme depths. The watch also features an alarm function.

This Vulcain Cricket Nautical is in great vintage condition.  The case has been lightly polished in the past, with original beveled edges still visible.  The dial is in excellent condition, with no flaws of note.  The original lume is still present on both dial and hands, aged to a creamy yellow color, with only the lume plot at the 1 o’clock mark missing.
