Description
The Medico-Compax is a rare line of Universal Geneve’s chronographs, marketed towards doctors. Equipped with a pulsation tachymeter along the bezel, this watch was designed to count a person’s pulse in conjunction with the chronograph function. This particular Medico-Compax was produced in a large, 37mm 18kt rose gold case, bearing the reference 124146, and was produced in the 1950s.
This Universal Geneve Medico-Compax is in incredible condition, the nicest we have ever seen. The case remains razor sharp and unpolished, with original faceted lugs; likewise, the original dial remains flawless – this watch was clearly barely used in its 70+ year history. Hop on this one now, as these are not easy to come by!
