Description
Up for grabs is a stunning example of a Rolex Submariner, Reference 5513, circa 1984. This example features a desirable 5th execution (MK5) “Maxi” dial, denoting the larger size of the lume plots, as compared to the Submariner’s predecessors. Further, this Rolex Submariner is in incredible vintage condition. The case is unpolished and very sharp, with thick lugs and clean edges. The dial is immaculate – not a flaw in sight. The original tritium lume is present on both dial and hands, aged to a vibrant yellow color. The bezel insert is period correct to this reference, and in excellent condition.
The watch comes equipped with a flip-lock 93150 bracelet with 580 endlinks, and is in excellent condition with 12 full links and almost no stretch.
