Up for grabs is a matte-dial Rolex GMT-Master, Ref. 16750, circa 1980 (with a cool serial, starting with “666”), in excellent condition. The Reference 16750 was Rolex’s transition from the 1675, upgrading the watch to their new Cal. 3035 movement, and adding the “quicket” function, in order to be able to quickly change the date. The case shows light signs of polishing, with thick, sharp, and even lugs, and the original beveled edges still present. The dial is flawless, with no chips, scratches, marks, etc. The original tritium lume, present in both dial and hands, has aged to a pale yellow color. The “Pepsi” insert is in excellent condition, with no wear.
The watch comes on a 78360/580 bracelet, and it has 13 full links, and virtually no stretch.
