Description
Offered here is a beautiful example of a Reference 1675, Rolex “GMT-Master”, with a Mark 1 “Long E” dial. The serial of this GMT-Master is 18xxxxx, dating this watch to 1968. The watch is a “full-set”, coming with its original inner and outer box, and “punched chronometer certificate”, warranty certificate (with matching serial number), and “Your Rolex” booklet.
The watch itself is in excellent condition. The case is unpolished, with original bevels still visible. The dial is devoid of any chips, scratches, or flaws, and is in perfect condition. The original tritium lume is still present on both dial and hands, aged to an eggshell, cream color. The original “Pepsi” bezel insert has aged to a lovely pink color, with minimal wear.
The watch comes fitted on a Rolex-USA jubilee bracelet, with normal stretch, commiserate with the aging of jubilee bracelets.
