Description
Offered here is a beautiful example of a Reference 1675, Rolex “GMT-Master”, with a Mark 1 “Long E” dial. The serial of this GMT-Master is 20xxxxx, dating this watch to 1968. The watch is a “full-set”, coming with its original inner and outer box, and “punched chronometer certificate.
The watch itself is in excellent condition. The case appears to be unpolished, with original bevels still visible. The dial is devoid of any chips, scratches, or flaws, and is in perfect condition. The original tritium lume is still present on both dial and hands, aged to a gorgeous golden yellow. The original “Pepsi” bezel insert is in excellent condition and is the most desirable “fat dont” version.
The watch comes fitted on its original Rolex 7836/280 rivet bracelet, stamped 1st quarter of 1969. It comes with 12 full links and light stretch.
