Description
Up for grabs is a very well-preserved and attractive Rolex Bubbleback, Ref. 2940, circa 1940s. This example features a lovely white Chronometer dial, with radium arabic indices and radium hands.
This Rolex Bubbleback is in great condition. The case appears unpolished, with normal wear. The dial is very well-preserved, with very light patina. Further, the original radium lume is still present on both dial and hands, aged to a darker color, as is common with these early Bubblebacks.
