Description
Up for grabs is a very nice example of a no-date Rolex Submariner, Ref. 5513, circa 1971 (2.6m serial). This Submariner is in great condition. The case has been lightly polished in the past, and the original bevels are still present in the lugs. The dial is in mint condition, with no chips, scratches, or marks; the original lume is still present in the hands and dial, aged to a light cream color. The bezel is correct for this period. The watch comes on a flip-lock 9315 bracelet, stamped 4th quarter of 1971, with 280 endlinks, and 11 full links. The caseback has an engraving of a past owner’s initials, and can be removed upon request.
