Offered here is a very nice example of a Rolex Submariner, featuring the date window at 3 o’clock, the Reference 1680. This Submariner has a serial of 52xxxxx, dating it to 1977. This Rolex Submariner is in great vintage condition. The case has been lightly polished in the past, but shows thick and even lugs, and original bevels still visible. The dial is in great condition, with no real flaws, chips, etc. The tritium lume is original and present in both dial and hands, aged to a creamy color, and matching in the hands.
The watch comes fitted on a Rolex flip-lock thick bracelet, with 93150/585 endpieces/endlinks, 11 links in total, and with almost no stretch.
