Offered here is a truly stunning and rare Patek Philippe wristwatch. Made and sold in September of 1948, this Patek comes with its original Certificate of Origin and sales receipt, and Patek box. This Patek Philippe bears the reference 2422, and is cased in platinum. The watch was also produced with a rare and factory diamond dial, as noted in its original paperwork. Further, it is accompanied by its original and matching platinum Patek-signed bracelet. This is a true collector’s dream, and was likely one of the finest, exclusive, and most expensive watches you could buy at the time. Measuring 28.5×28.5mm, this watch wear surprisingly large and contemporary, due to the elongated horn-style lugs.

This Patek Philippe rectangular wristwatch is in great vintage condition. The case has never been polished, with factory beveled edges still prevalent. The dial is in beautiful condition for its age, only showing light wear around the edges of the dial. The platinum bracelet shows no wear, with only light stretch, and was obviously worn carefully over the years.
