Up for grabs is an excellent example of an Omega Speedmaster, of the so-called “Pre-Moon” models, Reference 145.022-69, circa 1969, the last of the “Pre-Moon” models before Omega transitioned to the official name of the “Moonwatch” following the moon landing. This example is in beautiful vintage condition. The case has never been polished and is incredibly sharp. The dial is perfect, with no blemishes. The original tritium lume is still present in both hands and dial, aged to a nice yellow color. The original crystal is still present, signed with the Omega logo in the center. The original and correct “DON” (Dot Over Ninety) bezel is in excellent shape, with only minor wear. The serial number is in correct range for this reference.
