Description
Up for grabs is a rare Lemania chronograph, circa 1940-50s, with their popular 15TL movement. These military-style chronographs featured black, gloss dials and radium markers, housed in oversized, 37mm steel step-bezel cases.
This example is in very vintage condition, with an unpolished and sharp case, and well-preserved dial, with light aging to the gloss. The original radium lume, off the charts when tested on a geiger and aged to a golden orange, is present on both dial and hands, with minor cracking to the middle of the hour hand, and the base of the minute hand.
