Description
Up for grabs is the newest release from independent duo Toledano & Chan: the highly anticipated b/1 “Dazzle.” The minds behind the brand, Phil Toledano, is a highly respected artist and photographer who dreamed of designing a “brutalist” watch inspired by his favorite models of the 1970s and some of New York City’s most iconic architecture. A chance connection brought him together with designer Alfred Chan, and the creative chemistry was immediate. After years of hard work, and determination the original b/1 was born, and it quickly became one of the most talked-about independent watches in recent memory.
The Dazzle takes the signature b/1 platform in a bold new direction. It draws its inspiration from the “dazzle” camouflage painted on naval ships during World War I, translated into a Grade 5 titanium case finished in alternating frosted and brushed stripes. The result is one of the most graphic and striking interpretations of the b/1 to date. Production is limited to just 188 pieces.
The watch offered here is brand new and unworn, complete with its original box and papers, and will ship upon receipt from T&C!
