Jaeger "Turler Sandwich" Chronograph

SOLD

Jaeger “Turler Sandwich” Chronograph

SOLD

Description

Up for grabs is a Jaeger (before it became Jaeger LeCoultre) co-signed dial by the retailer Turler, featuring a fixed-bars 36mm case and movement produced by Universal Geneve, and a rare and desirable “sandwich” (two-piece) dial, with inner and outer telemeter scales. We have never seen another of these watches available for sale.

This Jaeger chronograph is in great vintage condition. The “wire” lug style case does not show signs of polishing. The original dial is in good condition, with some patina setting in, and only minor blemishing.

This is truly a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to own a very unique and interesting watch.
