Offered for sale is a lovely Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Chronograph “City of Sails, reference 25979ST, in 39mm stainless steel. This Royal Oak was made to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the Royal Oak in 2003, and was dedicated to the Geneva based Alinghi sailing team, who at the time had won the 2003 America’s Cup; this model was made in a limited edition of 1250 pieces. The watch is accompanied by an Audemars Piguet Extract of the Registry, confirming the production of the watch. The watch itself is in excellent pre-owned condition, with virtually no wear, extremely well-preserved.
