Offered here is a beautiful example of a Reference 1675, Rolex “GMT-Master”, in 18kt Yellow Gold. The serial of this GMT-Master is 599xxxx, dating this watch to 1979.
The watch itself is in excellent condition. The case appears lightly polished, with thick and even lugs. The dial is devoid of any chips, scratches, or flaws, and is in perfect condition. The original tritium lume is still present on both dial and hands, aged to a gorgeous pale yellow color. The original, all-brown bezel insert is also in excellent condition. The caseback still has the remnants of the original sticker still in tact.
The watch comes fitted on a Rolex Oyster hidden-clasp Presidential Mexican bracelet; as the watch eminated from Mexico, it is more likely than not that it was born with this bracelet, as gold GMTs coming out of South American usually have presidential-style bracelets on them.
