Description
Up for grabs is a rare Zodiac Zodia-Chron, with rarely seen “Hermetic” (waterproof) signed dial. These screwback steel sports watches were powered by the famous Valjoux 72 movement, used by the Heuer Autavia, Rolex Daytona, etc. This example is a rare find – it comes complete with its original box, instructional booklet, guarantee booklet, hangtag, and fitted on its original steel Zodiac-signed bracelet.
This Zodiac Zodia-Chron is in great condition. The case is unpolished and sharp. The silver sunburst/metallic dial is largely unmolested, with only light wear in the registers. The original tritium lume is still present in both hands and dial, aged to a light yellow/brown patina.
The original crystal has a minor chip around the top edge, and can be changed upon request.
