Description
The Vacheron Constantin 222 was first released in 1977 to celebrate the 222nd anniversary of the brand. This model was born in the same era as the Nautilus and the Royal Oak, famously designed by Gerald Genta, and during a time when Swiss watchmaking was redefining itself in the face of the Quartz Crisis. The model offered here is the new redesign of the original Jorg Hysek design, and shares similar characteristics as the famous Genta-designed watch. This particular Vacheron 222 is a reference 4200H/222J-B935, released in 2022 and in yellow gold. The watch itself is in good condition with light wear from use (which can be detailed upon request), with an unpolished case and fully-linked bracelet. This watch comes full-set with the original box, booklets and card (originally sold in 2024).
