Description
The Medico-Compax is a rare line of Universal Geneve’s chronographs, marketed towards doctors. Equipped with a pulsation tachymeter along the bezel, this watch was designed to count a person’s pulse in conjunction with the chronograph function.
The 1.4m serial on this watch dates it to around 1949-1950. It is in great condition for its age. The dial is in good condition, with some flaws at 6 and 12, and the 18kt rose gold case has thick and even lugs; if it ever was polished, it was done lightly. The rest of the watch is all-original. Hop on this one now, as these are not easy to come by!
