Offered here is a Patek Philippe Annual Calendar watch, reference 5146R, originally sold in 2017.  This classic Patek Philippe calendar watch is housed in a 39mm 18kt rose gold case, and features a white lacquer dial accented by matching rose gold arabic numerals.  The watch comes to us from its original purchaser, and remains complete, with its original Patek Philippe box, Certificate of Origin, and all accompanying booklets and brochures.  Further, the watch is in good pre-owned condition, showing light wear from use, and can be detailed/polished upon request.
