Up for grabs is a downright beautiful and uncommonly seen salmon-colored dial Longines Calatrava, outfitted in a 34mm steel screwdown “sei tacche” (meaning 6 notches) case. This watch is also often referred to as a “nipple” dial, due to the applied nipple-like hour markers.
This Longines Sei Tacche Calatrava is in great condition. The case has been polished, but the lugs are still even and thick, and the pin holes have not been touched. The dial is in great condition, with only very light wear consistent with the age of the watch.
Overall, this a beautiful example of a time-only Longines, circa 1940s, featuring a striking and attractive salmon-colored dial.
