Description
Offered here is a lovely Rolex Day-Date, Ref. 1803 (1811), nicknamed the President, in 18kt yellow gold and produced circa 1971. This example is further referred to as a “Wide Boy”, due to its wider-than-normal hands and markers.
This example is in great condition. The case has been lightly polished, with thick and even lugs, and sharp lines. The dial is flawless, with no imperfections. The original tritium lume is present in both dial and hands, aging to a light eggshell color.
