Description
Up for grabs is an excellent example of the popular Rolex “Red Sub” Submariner, Reference 1680. Bearing a serial of 3.3 million, this watch dates to the late 1970s.
The present example is in great condition. The case shows thick and even lugs, with original bevels mostly present, and the case showing only light polishing in the past. The dial is mint, with no flaws, marks or chips. The original tritium lume is still present in both hands and dial, aging to a beautiful golden yellow color.
