Offered here is a Rolex Oyster Precision, circa 1956, bearing the Reference 6422. These early, manual-wind Rolex watches offer tremendous value, wearing similar to that of a Datejust, with a little more “uniqueness”. This example is fitted with a gold-applied markers case, and matching gold hands, both using radium lume. The condition of this Rolex Oyster Precision is excellent. The case appears unpolished, with minimal wear. The dial shows no marks, scratches, etc., and only light “radium” burn, with a small shadow of patina from the hands sitting in one place for too long. The original radium lume is present on both dial and hands, aged to a golden orange. Further, the watch comes fitted on an original Rolex-USA jubilee bracelet.
