Rolex “Full-Set Frog Foot 1016” Explorer

Description
Up for grabs is a Rolex Explorer I, Reference 1016, circa 1968, with an MK1 “Frog Foot” dial, which comes complete as a full-set, with its original box and “punched” Warranty Certificate, and Japanese RSC paperwork from 1997. This particular Explorer is in great condition. The case has been previously polished, but still retains thick and even lugs. The dial is gorgeous, with no major damage, chips, scratches, etc. The original tritium lume is present on both dial and hands, aged to a nice pale yellow color. The watch comes equipped on a Rolex Oyster 78360 bracelet with 501B endlinks, with 11 full links and minimal stretch.
