Up for grabs is a very attractive example of a no-date Rolex Submariner, Ref. 5513, circa 1984, with a “gloss/white-gold surround” dial, which was the last dial variation of the Reference 5513 before being discontinued a few years later. More impressively, this particular example comes complete as a full-set, with its original inner and outer Rolex boxes, booklets, anchor, Rolex Warranty Certificate, hangtag (with printed serial number), and also follow-up Rolex Service Center documentation, including the Rolex Service Center box, warranty certificate, and Rolex service invoice.
This Rolex Submariner is in great vintage condition. The case appears lightly polished, with normal wear and thick and even lugs. The dial is in amazing condition, with no chips, scratches, marks, or spidering/cracking to the lacquer, and retains all of its original factory gloss and mirror-like finish. The original tritium lume is still present on the dial, aged to a warm yellow color; the hands have been professionally color-matched to the dial. The bezel insert is correct for this period of Submariner, and has no wear, aged to a dark blue hue.
The watch comes on a Rolex flip-lock 93150/580 bracelet, with 10 full links (additional links can be provided upon request), and light stretch.
