Description
Up for grabs is a very beautiful, ornate and rare Rolex Day-Date, reference 18238, circa 1991-92. This particular Day-Date sets itself apart from the rest due to its incredibly striking factory Lapis Lazuli stone dial, accented by diamond “pinball” markers. Further, this watch comes complete as a full-set, including its original Rolex box, “punched” Guarantee Certificate (originally sold by Wempe in October of 1992), and RSC card, serviced by Rolex in 2019.
The condition of this Lapis Rolex Day-Date is excellent. The case is sharp, with thick and even lugs, likely very lightly polished in the past. The dial is devoid of any major flaws or cracks.
