This is a very beautiful example of a Rolex Day-Date in 18kt Yellow Gold, Reference 1803, dating to 1971. This watch comes complete as a full-set, including its original Rolex box, set of double “punched papers” (Chronometer Certificate and Rolex Oyster booklet), and other accessories. The case is in excellent condition, with thick and even lugs, likely lightly polished in the past. The silver dial is in excellent shape, with no wear or damage, and the original tritium lume is present on the dial, aged to a lovely pumpkin color; the hands have been professionally color-matched to the dial. Further, the watch is fitted on a nice and tight Rolex Swiss presidential bracelet, and will fit an approximate 7.5″ wrist. These classic Day-Dates have soared in popularity as of late, and they encompass a perfect every day watch, suitable for both casual and dressy occasions.
