Rolex “Full-Set 16610” Submariner

Description

Offered here is a very nice “neo-vintage” Rolex Submariner, Ref. 16610, circa 1991.  Deployed as the successor to Rolex’s Reference 168000 Submariner, the 16610 utilizes the Caliber 3135 movement, and a less corrosive steel for the case material.  This Rolex Submariner comes complete as a full-set, including its original Rolex box, Warranty Certificate, and booklet (as pictured).  The watch itself is in excellent vintage condition.  The case is unpolished and sharp, with nice beveled edges, showing some aging from use. The dial is in perfect condition, with no chips, marks, or scratches.  The original tritium lume is present on the dial and hands, aged to a nice yellow color on the dial, and remaining a couple shades lighter on the hands. The watch comes on a flip-lock 93150 bracelet with 501B endlinks and 10 full links and diver’s extension, and has no stretch.
