Up for grabs is a very cool and scarce Patek Philippe Calatrava from the 1970s, reference 3579, housed in a metal that Patek did not utilize often: stainless steel. The reference 3579 was fitted with either a silver or blue dial; this example is equipped with the more popular blue dial variant. The condition of this Patek Philippe Calatrava is great, with an unpolished case, and near-mint dial, showing light patina on the dial, most noticeably around the edge of the dial between the 1-2 and 4-5 o’clock markers.
