Up for grabs is a lightly used Patek Philippe Annual Calendar Chronograph, reference 5905/1A-001 in stainless steel, originally sold in February of 2025. The reference 5905 features one of Patek’s most coveted complications, the annual calendar paired with a flyback Chronograph. This Patek Philippe Annual Calendar Chronograph comes complete as originally sold, with its original Patek Philippe inner and outer boxes, Guarantee Certificate, pushpin (to set the calendar functions), and booklets. The watch itself is great used condition and shows some use of wear (can be detailed upon request).
