Omega Seamaster “Jedi”

SOLD

Description

The Omega Seasmaster, introduced in 1947, was Omega’s answer to a sporty, water-proof watch. These watches had dive watch tendencies: higher depth ratings, rotating bezels, chronographs for underwater timing, and increased legibility in the dial.

This Seamaster, produced in late 1971 and reissued in 1973 for the inaugural World Football Day in Barcelona, features a rounded shield case and white or black dial. Omega super-fan, Chuck Maddox, dubbed it the “Jedi” due to its dark colors and his love of the Star Wars trilogy.

The example we offer today is all-original and unpolished, with a mint dial. These watches are getting harder and harder to find in such great condition!
