SOLD
Description
Offered here is a great example of the popular 1960s Omega Seamaster 300, Ref. 166.024, featuring a “Date” dial, sword hands, and a stunning bakelite rotating bezel. This example is in great vintage condition. The case is unpolished, with beautifully beveled, twisted lugs. The dial is excellent, devoid of any flaws, scratches, or marks; the original, Omega-signed crystal is in-tact, and also in good condition. The original tritum lume is present in both dial and hands, aged to a golden yellow color. The bakelite bezel was exceptionally well-preserved, with no cracks.
The watch comes fitted on a “No. 12” bracelet, stamped “3-70” inside the clasp, and has “47” endlinks. The bracelet will fit an approximate 7″ wrist.
