Offered here is an exceptional example of a 1940s Lowenthal chronograph, housed in a large, oversized 40mm steel and fixed bars case, fitted with a rare black military-style dial. This dial features an inner and outer telemeter scale, often referred to as a “snail” dial.
This Lowenthal chronograph is in great condition, with an unpolished dial, and largely blemish-free dial, very well-preserved considering the age of the watch.
